1. General Information

M-Square Print provides a range of products and services including acrylic LED boards, signage boards, glow signs, vinyl printing, laser cutting jobwork, flex banners, name plates, standees, and other branding materials.
By visiting our website or placing an order, you accept these terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be:

  • At least 18 years old
  • Legally capable of entering into a binding contract

If you use this website on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.

3. Products & Services

We offer customized print and signage products.
Please note:

  • Colors, brightness, and final output may vary slightly from digital mockups.
  • The customer is responsible for providing accurate designs, spelling, and artwork.
  • We do not guarantee exact color matching due to printing, material, and lighting variations.

4. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices listed on our website are subject to change without notice.
  • Payments must be made in full before production begins.
  • We accept online payments via UPI, cards, bank transfer, or payment gateways (if applicable).

Production starts only after payment confirmation.

5. Orders & Approvals

  • For custom products, production starts only after approval of the final design/mockup.
  • Once a design or order is approved, no changes or cancellations can be made.
  • Errors in customer-provided content (spelling, logos, alignment, sizes) are not our responsibility.

6. Artwork & File Uploads

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing high-quality files (PDF, CDR, AI, PNG, SVG).
  • Ensuring they hold rights, permissions, or licenses for all images, logos, and content uploaded.

M-Square Print is not liable for copyright issues arising from user-submitted files.

7. Production Time

Production time varies based on product type and order quantity.
Estimated timelines will be communicated, but delays may occur due to:

  • Material availability
  • High order volumes
  • Technical issues

We will inform customers in case of delays.

8. Shipping & Delivery

We offer:

  • Local delivery (if applicable)
  • Courier shipping
  • Pickup from store

Shipping timelines depend on courier companies.
We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by courier partners
  • Damage during transit (unless shipping insurance is taken)

Customers must inspect the parcel upon delivery and report issues within 24 hours.

9. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Since all our products are custom-made, we follow a strict policy:

Exceptions apply only if:

  • The product delivered is incorrect
  • The product is damaged during production (not transit)
  • There is a manufacturing defect

In such cases, we may replace the product at no extra cost.

10. Warranty

We do not provide warranty on:

  • LED boards affected by improper installation
  • Electrical damage due to voltage fluctuations
  • Physical damage, water exposure, or accidental breakage
  • Normal wear and tear over time

LED brightness may reduce gradually — this is normal and not considered a defect.

11. Intellectual Property

All website content, product images, text, graphics, and branding belong to M-Square Print.
You may not use or reproduce any content without written permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

M-Square Print is not responsible for:

  • Losses caused by delayed delivery
  • Loss of business due to marketing/branding issues
  • Incorrect artwork provided by the customer
  • Installation defects (if installed by the customer or third party)

Our liability is limited to the order value only.

13. Privacy

All personal details submitted during orders are handled as per our Privacy Policy.
We do not store payment information.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update or modify these Terms & Conditions anytime.
Continued use of the website indicates acceptance of changes.
